Fresh water well: place your hand on the hand well pump hole and pump prime 10 times. You will feel the pressure and fresh water is on the way to you.

Solar-powered charger: solar inverter located in the red shed to charge phones- please turn off the green light when you depart.  

Grain bin: Newly installed empty GSI grain bin available if you’d like to keep out of the elements and pitch your tent indoors

Fire pit & fire wood: free fire wood for you and yours- if you’re a burn all night crew, bring some of your own or forage for downed wood on the land

Grill: BYOC (bring your own charcoal

Bridge: The bridge is like a see-saw. It's fine and safe to rock back and forth to get to the creek.

Potomac River and C&O Canal access: The Potomac River and C&O Canal are 2 miles away from the site- amazing for biking or hiking. 

Poolesville: Explore the town of Poolesville- it’s a small sleeper town with lots of cool stuff to explore.
