Drink coffee or sip wine in the gorgeous front room or the beautiful patio and take in the panoramic scenic views of sunrises over the bay, bald eagles, blue herons, and osprey. A few steps inside the front door with beautiful new floors, the large living room has a wall of glass that lets in tons of natural light and allows for sweeping Bay views. There is a laundry room, a beautiful wood table an outside freshwater faucet.
The brand new kitchen has custom quartz counters, gorgeous pendant lighting, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Heating is also available. Lighting fast unlimited Internet included. Safe, cozy, and plenty of parking with a driveway that can fit four cars - boats as well.
Only a quick walk to the heart of Chesapeake Beach and North Beach that includes restaurants like Rod and Reel, Tylers Crab House, Hook & Vine, Plaza Mexico, and Westlawn Inn, boardwalk, cute shops, and marinas! This little oasis is an easy 50 min drive to Washington D.C and Annapolis! Enjoy this home year-round! The minimum stay is 2 weeks to a year.

“The name of this property sums it up perfectly, “Serene Cliff House,” though to that I would add, “warm, healing, restful and well-appointed,” to name just a few additional qualities that come to mind. The bedrooms are cozy, and the master on-suite shower is pretty amazing. You will need to figure out which knobs control which jets, but once you get there, it’s worth it! Afternoons in the hammock are magical. The perfect bayside wind chime sounds whenever the wind picks up, and it always seems to feel like God or church or kindness giving you a pay on the head - at least it did to us. Amenities in the kitchen are top of the line. There is a gated entrance to a nice big driveway that allows for ample parking. This place is cozy, modern and just feels kind. A healing house for sure. Being on a majestic cliff that literally kisses the breathtaking bay view (yoga sessions in front of the big windows felt like I was floating over the water), means this isn’t the best choice for small kids or pets (at least they must be carefully attended to). Our pup did visit, and he was fine on the hilly side of the property playing fetch. We just wouldn’t recommend letting pets/kids out alone. A few concerns for this newly remodeled gem were immediately attended to by the friendly and wonderful hosts. A few personal requests were also catered to with love that went above and beyond a strict business relationship. Medy, Brit and Peter now feel like good friends.
